You will need a user name and password, the username is Honey, the password is the rest of the name of the village where the boat is parked. mmm.....
You can add something to the calander or edit whats there. If you see a link on the calander you may click it to get more information. The link back to the Feddy Channel Home Page is at the top of the calander.
If you have trouble with this just let me know the problem, using this form. Or if you dont want to fill it out, but would like me to just send me the info.
Here's a neat trick:
Go to the site called www.takeitoffline.com
Set up a discussion on any topic (like an upcoming weekend at the cottage)
You will receive an email with the link to your discussion group.Copy it exactly.
You can send this to others (email) and invite them to join the discussion. (like who will bring the beer, who will bring the worms)
Your discussion is kept on the takeitoffline server, it is for ongoing things, it is not chat.
It is not private, but the link to your page is random, so someone finding it without being told is 1 in 2,900,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.
Now here is the tricky part:
Go to the calendar, and insert an event (bottom of the page, select duration).
Then on the next page hit create.
Then enter the event description, fill out the dates, choose your colours.
Then where you can put pop up text, copy exactly the link to your discussion created above.
When others click on your event they are invited to contribute to the discussion.
Now who says the internet is not a communication tool?
Eventual this page will be removed and the link on the sidebar menu will be active.
